For the City of Altamonte Springs, our goal was always to redirect traffic back to our website and increase community engagement. To do this I crafted a social media plan centered around three pillars: events, information, and community. Each week we would aim to hit each pillar at least once, but no more than twice to avoid over saturation.

At Insteading, our goal was searchability and utilizing SEO to gain followers and viewers for our Youtube Channel and blog. Over the course of three years, we went from 100 subscribers on Youtube, to just over 46,000 with millions of views on our videos. I achieved this through SEO optimized video titles, eye-catching thumbnails, cross promotion on Instagram and TikTok, and prioritizing interactions in the comment section.

At DISA, our main goal was to build a workforce community. With over 40,000 employees scattered throughout the globe, creating a unified workforce with a common goal was no small feat. We tackled this through engaging video series, posts highlighting employee achievements (personal and professional), and encouraging submissions of content from our workforce.
